Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Appsurd, Back The Pack, Hold My Place, Sensory Seek, Trip Tiles, Roametry, Lifetility, CoreLink, Budsistant, Let's Color, What's That Hue, and Scroll in Peace (collectively, “the Apps”).
No developer-operated data collection
The Apps do not sell your personal information and do not use advertising, analytics, crash-reporting services, user accounts, or cloud storage operated by us. Except where a feature uses a third-party service as described below, app data is not sent to or stored on servers operated by us.
Information processed on your device
Depending on the App and the features you use, information such as health data, calendar information, location, audio notes, photos, camera content, reviews, recommendations, votes, and exported reports may be processed and stored locally on your device. We do not receive or access this information unless you choose to send it to us.
Scroll in Peace
Scroll in Peace filters advertising and tracking requests locally. Settings, downloaded filter lists, converted rules, and update reports stay on your device. The Safari app and its extensions share this data through an Apple App Group. Separate desktop Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extensions store it in their own browser profile. Browser settings are not automatically shared between editions.
EasyList and EasyPrivacy are downloaded directly over HTTPS from easylist.to and converted on your device. The publisher and network providers can receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, request time, and HTTP headers. Chrome/Edge 1.0.2 and Firefox 1.0.1 or later also download a small site-fixes list from jocular-sherbet-13dd23.netlify.app, hosted by Netlify. Netlify and network providers can receive the same ordinary connection information. This list is separate from the publisher’s EasyList and EasyPrivacy downloads; Safari does not use it yet. Scroll in Peace does not send browsing history, reports, or page contents with filter downloads. The filter maintenance page keeps edits and pasted markup in the browser tab and only creates a local downloadable website ZIP; publishing requires a separate upload to Netlify.
Optional page cleanup processes permitted page structure locally. Optional YouTube Advanced Protection examines player and ad-control state locally and activates a recognized visible, enabled Skip Ad control when available. Ads without a supported Skip control play normally. Release builds do not save or transmit YouTube developer diagnostics, page text, video titles, searches, comments, account information, or browsing history.
The Safari content blockers are enabled separately in Safari Settings. Its Advanced Protection extension requests YouTube access. Desktop browser page cleanup and YouTube controls use optional website permissions. You can disable these features, revoke website access, or change private-browsing access in the browser. Newly changed site access can require reloading affected pages.
Filter caches and settings remain locally until replaced, cleared, or removed according to the operating system or browser's deletion behavior. Scroll in Peace has no user account or developer-held browsing data to delete. Opening external links is subject to the destination's privacy practices.
Back The Pack
Back The Pack stores care log data on the user’s device. The app does not send care records to developer-operated servers. Users can choose to export or share reports and backups.
With permission, Back The Pack can read selected Apple Health measurements. The app does not write data to Apple Health.
Hold My Place
Hold My Place stores projects, progress notes, hardware lists, photos, and reminders on the user’s iPhone. The app does not require an account and does not send these records to developer-operated servers.
When you choose to use the Camera, Photos, or label-reading features, those images and on-device recognition results are used to help you document a project or identify an item. Hold My Place does not send photo content or barcode numbers to a developer-operated product catalog. Choosing a web or video search opens Safari; the destination service handles that request under its own privacy policy.
When you tap Talk, Hold My Place uses the microphone and Apple Speech Recognition to turn speech into text. Apple’s speech-recognition service may process the audio to provide the transcription. Hold My Place does not keep a recording or send it to a developer-operated server. Reminders are local notifications on the device. Mood Boost plays bundled audio locally.
Roametry weather
When you request weather for a trip destination, Roametry sends the destination coordinates to Open-Meteo only to retrieve weather information. Roametry does not send your journal entries, photos, voice notes, or live device location to Open-Meteo for this feature. Open-Meteo’s own privacy and data-handling practices apply to its service.
Exporting and sharing
The Apps may let you export reports, backups, CSV files, or other files and use Apple’s system share sheet. You decide whether to share the file and which destination to use, such as Mail or Messages. The file is sent directly through the option you choose; it is not sent to or stored by us. The privacy practices of the destination you choose apply after sharing.
Permissions
The Apps request access only to features you choose to use, such as HealthKit, Calendar, Location Services, Microphone, Camera, or Photos. You can manage or revoke permissions in your device’s Settings.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and its effective date.
